Rewards and incentives play a central role in our belief that students should be recognised for the elements of their effort that go above normal expectations.

On the whole, schools can fall into the trap of rewards being a tokenistic gesture, but we believe that rewards carry greater impact when they are informed by student voice, as well as being more tangible across a regular period of time.

We aim to get a meaningful balance between positive and negative reinforcement, and we ask that all parents support our systems to ensure that those who get it right are rightly rewarded.
